Sales Contract

1. Parties

This agreement is made between "Kir Women's Clothing" (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and "Buyer" (the person or entity placing the order for the product or service). The Seller conducts product sales via the "kir.com.tr" website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the delivery and payment terms of the products offered for sale on the "kir.com.tr" website by the Seller to the Buyer.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1. Order Placement: The Buyer selects the product on the "kir.com.tr" website and places the order. The order can only be completed if the Buyer provides accurate and complete information.

3.2. Payment: Payments can be made using the payment methods specified on the "kir.com.tr" website. Order confirmation is valid only after the payment is completed.

3.3. Delivery:

  • Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the logistics capacity of the Seller, and the estimated delivery time is indicated on the "kir.com.tr" website.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once the product is delivered intact and complete to the Buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

4.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with the legal regulations on distance sales.

4.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Personal hygiene products and underwear.

  • Products manufactured according to the specific requests or tailored for the Buyer.

4.3. Return Procedure: Products must be returned to the "kir.com.tr" Return Center specified on the website, in their original packaging, complete, and undamaged.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

The Seller processes and stores the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with legal regulations. Details are outlined in the Privacy Policy document available on "kir.com.tr".

6. Resolution of Disputes

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or courts are authorized.

7. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force on the date the Buyer places an order through the "kir.com.tr" website.
