Return Period:

• You can return the products within 14 days after receipt without any justification and without any criminal legal liability.
• The return period starts from the day the goods are received in distance contracts.

Return Terms:

• The products you want to return must be in their original packaging, with the invoice and unused.
• The products must not have any tears, contamination or damage.
• Products such as jewelry and underwear are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

Return Procedure:

• You can take the product you want to return to the nearest Kir store in its original packaging and with the invoice.
• If you want to return the products by cargo, you will be responsible for the return costs.
• After your return is completed, the amount you paid will be refunded to you within 14 days.

Exchange:

• You can exchange the products within 14 days for size or color change.
• For the exchange process, the products must be in the original packaging, together with the invoice and unused.
• Exchange can be made with the products in stock. For products that are not in stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.
• There is no additional charge during the exchange process.
