Subject: Distance Selling Agreement

Article 1 - Subject of the Agreement:

This agreement is entered into by the Seller on behalf of https://kir.com.tr/ is related to the delivery and payment of the price of the products offered by the Seller on the website as specified by the Seller upon the order of the buyer.

Article 2 - Product Information:

The Seller declares that the information contained in the descriptions and images of the products on the website is complete and accurate. The seller is obliged to provide the technical specifications, instructions for use and warranty information of the products to the buyer.

Article 3 - Order and Payment:

The buyer can add the product to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the products on the website. After reviewing the cart, the buyer can place an order by clicking on the "Complete Order" button. To complete the order, the buyer must enter the payment information and click the "Confirm Order" button.

The seller confirms the order to the buyer via e-mail. The order confirmation includes product information, payment amount and delivery information.

Buyer can pay the order price by credit card, bank transfer or EFT. After payment is confirmed, the Seller shall deliver the order to the cargo within 7 business days at the latest.

Article 4 - Delivery:

The Seller is obliged to deliver the order to the address specified by the buyer. The delivery fee varies according to the order amount and the chosen delivery method. The delivery period is the period specified by the Seller on the website.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the products to him or the address indicated by him, without any justification and without penal clause.

The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or electronically that he/she wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. Within 10 days after the notification of withdrawal reaches the Seller, the Seller shall refund the price paid by the buyer and the shipping fee, if any.

Article 6 - Return and Exchange:

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the received product within 14 days, in its original packaging, with its invoice and if it has not been used.

Return and exchange requests must be notified to the Seller in writing or electronically. The Seller shall examine the return and exchange requests and finalize them within 10 days at the latest.

Article 7 - Warranty:

The Seller guarantees the products it sells for 2 years, which is the legal warranty period. Defects occurring in the products within the scope of the warranty shall be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Article 8 - Competent Court:

The courts and execution offices at [Seller Address] are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.

Article 9 - Enforcement:

This agreement shall enter into force upon being signed after being read and understood by the parties.
